Stress becomes a constant companion. Anyone can feel stress when there is danger, and this is normal. However, you cannot live in stress constantly; the body cannot cope with it. In this state, a person is completely deprived of strength, cannot correctly process information, and discards unnecessary things for themselves.

It’s impossible to make an unnecessary movement. This state is called procrastination, and it isn’t always a consequence of laziness or lack of motivation. Any action requires energy, and if there is no energy due to chronic fatigue, then a person cannot force himself to do anything.

If there isn’t enough energy, then there are various failures in the body, like headaches, muscle cramps, and pain. A person often gets colds and becomes distracted; there are problems with the digestive system, and breathing becomes difficult.

All this leads to burnout. Even ordinary tasks are completed with difficulty. Psychological and physical exhaustion causes you to sit around doing nothing for long periods of time, unable to pull yourself together, and get on with your duties.

The state of chronic fatigue, when you don’t have enough energy for anything, becomes a defining factor in your life. These are far from harmless phenomena, as you don’t have time to do anything, let alone start something new. Accordingly, your income falls, and there is no time and energy left for socializing with friends and hobbies. As a result, you just hang out on social media and YouTube, stop communicating with friends, and can’t get yourself out for a walk. Thus, chronic fatigue becomes a defining factor of life, greatly reducing its quality.

Go to Bed on Time

If this valuable period is missed, then even twelve hours of sleep doesn’t allow you to fully rest and relax because the unloading hasn’t occurred. If you go to bed at 3 am at night and wake up at 2 pm, you will wake up tired. It’s enough to disrupt the sleep pattern for a while, and you are guaranteed first apathy, and then depression.

Go to bed at 10:00 pm, and it should become a habit. At first, it can be difficult to fall asleep, but if you wake up on the alarm clock at five or six o’clock in the morning and provide during the day a sufficient physical activity, at least pass ten thousand steps, then after a few days all the problems with falling asleep will go away.

If there isn’t enough energy, then part of the reason lies in the fact that the body spends it on cleansing from toxins. Processed food in stores with a long shelf life contains a lot of preservatives and sugar, which is harmful to the body.

We often get hooked on caffeine, cigarettes, alcohol, and sweets. A charge of energy from coffee and relaxation from a glass of wine are short-lived and don’t solve problems. However, the body spends its energy on these substances in an amount not comparable to their positive effect. When the effect of alcohol passes, the longing returns, a cup of coffee is also not enough for a long time, and the decline of energy here as here.
